Monitoring a computer network boils down to collecting information about the efficiency of services and devices that operate within a single infrastructure, whether residential or organizational. Monitoring the behavior of a network becomes an essential practice to ensure its continuous operation, thus ensuring the best possible quality to meet the demand where it is applied. It is notable that currently practically all organizations have internal network infrastructures, making it essential to monitor the status of the services (e-mail, websites) and equipment (servers, switches) involved. The objective of this
dissertation is to present a study and implementation of Zabbix and Grafana tools in order to monitor devices in a home network.
