Applications with similar tools and more complete are found on the market, however all have some form of monetization. The Web application - objective of this work, is intended for CSOs, but its requirements are established based on the needs of service clubs, more precisely of Rotary Clubs. The application development went through the different stages of the software life cycle, starting with the definition of the methodology to be used, which was a mixture of the traditional waterfall model method with an agile method. In the analysis of requirements, a survey was used with the financial officers of Rotary Clubs in the area covered by District 4660 of RI, financial officers of other entities, combined with the author's experience in the participation of several non-profit organizations throughout his life. To facilitate development, UML use case, class and activity diagrams were built. In coding the system, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS were used. The database was built with MySql software.
- ItemA inteligência artificial por trás do aplicativo Papibot(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Lengler, Victor Picinini; Konrad, Jenifer Heuert; Konrad, Jenifer Heuert; Rubert, Cleber; Pizzoni, Magnos RobertoPapibot is a mobile app that comes to assist English learning through the dialogue between the user and an artificial intelligence simulating an interlocutor. Through this paper it was seeked the best way to develop and train a machine learning algorithm that, applying Natural Language Processing, understands the user's speech and can produce a contextualized, understandable and engaging response. Were then analyzed the results obtained in the implementation of two open source tools - DeepPavlov and DialoGPT - using a dataset containing natural language dialogs. The most discrepant differences between the two options are DeepPavlov's accuracy and DialoGPT's flexibility in generating texts. By comparing the algorithms, it was found that DialoGPT did better in three of the five decisive factors - Performance, Ease of Implementation and Flexibility -, thus confirming its choice as the best way to implement the service.

Each brand, page or product has, explicitly or implicitly, the target audience of your business. In the case of web domains, the construction of the pages must be consistent with the type of service provided and the desired audience for each company. With the aim of demonstrating through analysis, the target audience and the general profile of certain web pages, describing the design and characteristics of the chosen pages, in order to relate these construction patterns to their audience. In the end, some of the following results were obtained: both the Dell and Columbia Sportswear websites highlight the quality of their products, while the Zattini and Acer websites prioritize the quantity of sales, through promotions and discounts
