Brazilian agribusiness constitutes a great pillar of economic development, however technological growth is increasingly present in the field in the form of machinery and cutting-edge technologies that aim mainly at increasing productivity, the financial management of properties often does not need the same attention. The lack of control over financial information can leave producers disoriented and unable to make assertive decisions, generating benefits and often unable to make payments, making their business unfeasible. In this way, the present work describes the development, implementation and main functionalities of a financial management Web system for medium and small rural properties, with the purpose of providing the management of tax information necessary for the annual income tax declaration of these properties, in particular the elaboration of its cash book.
