With this in mind, this paper seeks to study the actions proposed by the Permanence and Success Program (PPE), and which projects were developed by the Farroupilha Federal Institute (IFFa), to reduce school dropout and retention during the pandemic period. The research is linked to the line of Educational Practices in Professional and Technological Education, of the Master in Professional and Technological Education at IFFa - Campus Jaguari. The main purpose of this work is to propose a guide for students aiming at a better use of learning in times of pandemic, through an evaluation of the actions proposed by the Permanence and Success Program. For the elaboration of this dissertation and educational product, bibliographic and documentary research was applied, of a qualitative nature, collecting information on government platforms and files and documents of the Federal Farroupilha Institute. The Guide “Organizing studies in times of remote teaching” was also developed as an educational product”.
