    Cyberbullying em contextos educativos: construindo estratégias para uma cultura da alteridade na educação profissional e tecnológica

    This research was carried out within the scope of the Professional Master's Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT), within the research line Educational Practices in Professional and Technological Education (EPT) and aimed to identify the practices used in dealing with cyberbullying occurrences in the school context and propose prevention and coping strategies within the Federal Farroupilha Institute (IFFar). On the methodological assumptions, it is a qualitative esearch, exploratory and descriptive in nature. The population sample was composed of civil servants working in Student Assistance teams and IFFar Integrated High School Coordination Courses. The research was developed in the following stages. Bibliographic research, documental research and semi-structured online interview (due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, which imposed social distance). The process of analyzing the data from the interviews was carried out using Discursive Textual Analysis – ATD from the perspective of Morais and Galiazzi. The speeches corroborate the need for training on the part of the interviewed servers, regarding the theme of cyberbullying in educational contexts. Based on the research results, a training proposal (educational product) was elaborated, with a view to enabling reflection and understanding about the phenomenon of cyberbullying in the educational context.
