Operating systems, most of the time, are aimed at corporations, in order to facilitate and organize the work process, and which today are with the development trend for WEB/MOBILE, but also for some time, as a result of the advancement of technology, there was a large space for entertainment, which in this case are electronic games. Electronic games are nothing new these days, and have existed for some time, as far back as the last century, where the first reports of developed electronic games are available. But time passed and technology advanced, and with it the development of games became more accessible and popular, as the possibilities of developing an electronic game became much bigger and easier, compared to the first developed electronic games, where it had little resource compared to nowadays. Based on this information, the objective of this work is to develop an electronic game for entertainment using the languages HTML, CSS and javascript, which has as its theme the universe of halloween, which will have in its game mechanics the task of conducting your character main, so that it passes through obstacles, without falling to the ground and without suffering collisions with obstacles, thus adding points, in which they are classified with gold, silver, bronze and paper medals.

Through this paper it was seeked the best way to develop and train a machine learning algorithm that, applying Natural Language Processing, understands the user's speech and can produce a contextualized, understandable and engaging response. Were then analyzed the results obtained in the implementation of two open source tools - DeepPavlov and DialoGPT - using a dataset containing natural language dialogs. The most discrepant differences between the two options are DeepPavlov's accuracy and DialoGPT's flexibility in generating texts. By comparing the algorithms, it was found that DialoGPT did better in three of the five decisive factors - Performance, Ease of Implementation and Flexibility -, thus confirming its choice as the best way to implement the service.

Applications with similar tools and more complete are found on the market, however all have some form of monetization. The Web application - objective of this work, is intended for CSOs, but its requirements are established based on the needs of service clubs, more precisely of Rotary Clubs. The application development went through the different stages of the software life cycle, starting with the definition of the methodology to be used, which was a mixture of the traditional waterfall model method with an agile method. In the analysis of requirements, a survey was used with the financial officers of Rotary Clubs in the area covered by District 4660 of RI, financial officers of other entities, combined with the author's experience in the participation of several non-profit organizations throughout his life. To facilitate development, UML use case, class and activity diagrams were built. In coding the system, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS were used. The database was built with MySql software.

Also inserted in this context and being part of it is family farming, an important part of the development of the country and the municipalities, generating income, mainly for small producers and families in rural areas. However, there are a number of factors that influence the performance of rural properties. Many of these circumstances are beyond the producer's control, mainly regarding the climate, but others, such as production management, may be more linked to its control. Problems related to its sustainability show a strong deficiency in the administration of rural properties in general and, in particular, in family farming. The management of rural developments is of great importance, bearing in mind that owners must develop their activities profitably, and meeting market demands. However, in order to achieve these goals, it is necessary to implement some administrative tools for the management and control of the rural enterprise. Bearing in mind the importance of good rural property management, this article has as its theme, to carry out a research, so that it is possible to present an idea of a Management System for small rural properties, more focused on inputs, which benefit family farming . In which a prototype of a data management system will be created, focused on small rural producers, the study aimed at the following specific objectives: to carry out a search for useful functions that can be implemented in a future system; Elaborate an outline of a system, in the form of screens, showing the tools that can be used for this management in a small rural property, making the life of the rural producer a little easier.
- ItemProtótipo de um sistema web para gestão e controle dos bovinos(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Schäffer, Jean Mateus; Wagner, Rosana; Wagner, Rosana; Weingärtner, Thiago da Silva; Rubert, CléberThe present work seeks to develop a prototype of a responsive web system in order to carry out the management and control of cattle on the rural property, migrating this management that is currently done in Excel spreadsheets or even on paper, to a simpler digital medium and safe. For its development, the following technologies were used, such as programming IDE, Visual Studio Code. For the back-end development (data manipulation and database connection) the PHP language was used. On the front-end, it was used for HTML, CSS, JS and a Bootstrap library. In data storage, phpMyAdmin (MySQL) was used. The developed system allows the user to manage each registered animal individually, having control over the animal's health history, and also when the animal is female, being able to manage the animal's reproduction history.
