The actions and reflections about school work that take place in the pedagogical meetings help education professionals in their practices, since, by knowing different theories, appropriating them, they can choose the one that best fits the students' reality and share with their peers their practices contribute to meaningful learning. In this work, from the Lato Sensu Post-Graduate Course in School Management at the Federal Institute Farroupilha - Campus Alegrete, we intend to theorize and discuss the possibilities of continuing education, professional growth and improvement of the teaching and learning processes that can be triggered from the pedagogical meetings in schools. Guided by the question: “How do pedagogical meetings take place?”, the aim of the article is to understand the place of pedagogical meetings in the actions and decisions of the school collective, based on theses produced on the subject of the last five years. The analysis methodology used is the qualitative meta-analysis, which is a systematic review of other researches in order to produce new syntheses. 22 theses in Education from 2016 to 2020 were identified in the Capes Bank of Theses Platform - Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, with the keywords “planning” and “pedagogical meetings”. From the abstracts, they were classified according to their theme, namely: theoretical nature (4); virtual environments, distance education and technology (4); continuing education (2), initial training (2), educational programs (3), curriculum and assessment (4); and other topics (3). The themes that best suited the objective of the project were 6, research and continuing education. After a thorough reading of these works, a survey was carried out on their main results. Based on the research, we sought to answer some questions such as: the organization of pedagogical meetings, topics covered, periodicity, professionals participating in these meetings and their objectives. Finally, the challenges and demands regarding pedagogical meetings are still many, so we intend, with the results of this research, to contribute and encourage the much-needed planning of pedagogical meetings, in order to collaborate with quality learning.

- ItemA arte de ensinar e o uso das ferramentas digitais: desafios enfrentados pelos docentes em tempos de pandemia(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Santos, Jairo Conceição da Silveira dos; Mauricio Ramos, LutzThis research aimed to investigate the use of digital tools in science and biology classes during the Covid-19 pandemic, with special attention to the use of Google Classroom as a support tool during classes, by teachers of urban state schools in the city of São Francisco de Assis/RS. We justify the research by the need to get to know a hitherto little studied environment, a context imposed by the pandemic with sanitary impositions, making remote teaching the main way for the teaching and learning process to continue being offered to the students of all stages and modes of education, throughout Brazil and the world. Moreover, it was a challenging time for many institutions, but mainly for their teachers, who work to make learning possible. The research was developed by means of an online questionnaire, sent to the teachers who agreed to participate in the investigation. The questionnaire was structured in five topics, with two multiple-choice questions and one dissertation, thus favoring the response time. It was possible to observe with the collection that teachers still do not feel prepared to face the world of teaching fully mediated by technologies, mainly because they have not received an initial training in Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT), being almost unanimous in this statement in the responses obtained. It was concluded that we still need a long way to adapt teaching based on TDIC in the current educational context, in an effective and constructive way in learning.

- ItemA gestão e a integração das TDIC na pandemia: os desafios e as possibilidades no IFFar de Alegrete(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Soares, Jorge Vilmar de Oliveira; Lutz, Mauricio RamosWith the arrival of the Coronavirus and the advance of Covid-19 in the world, we have experienced a series of impacts and effects on all activities performed by the population, including in Brazil. In the educational field, it was necessary to rethink how to give continuity to the school year, guaranteeing a quality education and meeting the demands of the school institutions. This research has as a general objective "To understand how the teachers of the undergraduate courses of IFFar - Campus Alegrete faced and are facing the challenges and possibilities through the use of TDIC in times of pandemic”. This is an exploratory qualitative research. As a procedural method, to collect the data, the Google Forms questionnaire was used, applied as an interview for teachers of undergraduate courses of the IFFar, Campus Alegrete. In the data analysis it can be inferred that initial and continuing education are fundamental for the connection of knowledge. And that digital tools optimize the sharing and access to information and enable greater interactivity between teachers and students. We conclude that the teachers received support from the institution, that although at first they felt insecure and lacked a more adequate planning for the situation, after the first events there was an adaptation to the new scenario. Currently, these teachers claim to be better prepared to teach their classes, they are beginning to understand that using TDIC is not only the act of operating applications and equipment, but also to connect them technologically to the pedagogical project of the school or the subject.
