- ItemAções motivacionais ofertadas pela gestão escolar e sua influência na atuação docente em uma escola de educação infantil municipal de Alegrete(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Silveira, Adriana Vieira da; Sachete, Andréia dos SantosThe challenging scenario of the current Brazilian educational context, enhanced due to current limitations that directly influence the teaching and learning processes, are adversities for both teachers and students, often leaving them discouraged. More than ever, motivation plays an essential role in this context, which, in addition to educational processes, is also vital for physical and mental health. Thus, this research has its main objective to analyze actions that positively influence the teaching performance in a Municipal Kindergarten School in Alegrete. For that, we sought theoretical support in the literature and conducted field research through a questionnaire by semi-structured questions to teachers of the child education school and managers. The collected data were classified and discussed qualitatively, generating a set of information that was analyzed and discussed, showing that professionals feel more motivated when the enrichment/strengthening of the school environment occurs from practices that encompass the participation of the entire school community, with planning, autonomy, and appreciation of the teaching work.
- ItemAdoção da agricultura de precisão na fronteira oeste do Rio Grande do Sul(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Costa, Arilson Alende; Nora, Douglas Dalla; Nora, Douglas Dalla; Lima, Bento Alvenir Dornelles de; Santos, Railson Schreinert dosAgribusiness management studies the profile and characteristics, of farmers on the Western Frontier of Rio Grande do Sul (RS), adept or partially adept at the technologies that are part of Precision Agriculture (PA). This is an exploratory, descriptive, opinion survey with non-probabilistic sampling, comprising 25 farmers from 5 cities in the Western Frontier of RS, comprising 113,118 ha hectares, of which 66,040 ha are adept of PA. The interviews allowed the correlation of qualitative and quantitative data, generating important information. In this sense, the profile of the properties under study has an average adhesion to PA of 75% of its area. The average size of these properties is 4,525 ha, 54% of which is owned and 46% leased. The predominant age group of PA supporters is 46 to 55 years old, representing 40% of the sample population. The predominant level of education of the adopters of the PA is Graduated, representing 52%. The main crops where PA tools are applied, in the Western Frontier of RS, are soybean (39%) and rice (26%). The average time of adoption of the PA in the Western Frontier is 5 years. The main intention of purchasing machines and equipment with PA is the Vacuum Planter representing 28% of the purchase intentions for the next 2 years.
- ItemAplicação de fungicida em diferentes estádios fenológicos na cultura do milho safrinha(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Vezzosi, Eduardo Filipin; Nora, Douglas Dalla; Nora, Douglas Dalla; Junior, José Maria Tupinamba da Silva; Santos, Railson Schreinert dosThe objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency and number of fungicide applications at different phenological stages on off-season corn performance, with emphasis on yield. The experiment was conducted from February 18, 2020 to August 4, 2020, in a commercial field, where plots 30 meters long by 28 meters wide were demarcated, each plot 30 meters long with 8 rows of planting, with spacing of 0.5 m, totaling 120 m2. Fungicide applications were carried out at phenological stages V8; VT; R2; V8 + VT; VT + R2 and V8 + VT + R2. In the control treatment, no fungicide application was carried out. The product used was the fungicide containing Fluxapiroxade and Piraclostrobin, at a dose of 350 ml.ha-1 . After harvesting and weighing it can be verified that the plots with a fungicide application in the vegetative stages V8 and VT were the most productive and most profitable in relation to the control where no application was made. Plots where two and three fungicide applications were made did not obtain satisfactory production or profitability.

- ItemA arte de ensinar e o uso das ferramentas digitais: desafios enfrentados pelos docentes em tempos de pandemia(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Santos, Jairo Conceição da Silveira dos; Mauricio Ramos, LutzThis research aimed to investigate the use of digital tools in science and biology classes during the Covid-19 pandemic, with special attention to the use of Google Classroom as a support tool during classes, by teachers of urban state schools in the city of São Francisco de Assis/RS. We justify the research by the need to get to know a hitherto little studied environment, a context imposed by the pandemic with sanitary impositions, making remote teaching the main way for the teaching and learning process to continue being offered to the students of all stages and modes of education, throughout Brazil and the world. Moreover, it was a challenging time for many institutions, but mainly for their teachers, who work to make learning possible. The research was developed by means of an online questionnaire, sent to the teachers who agreed to participate in the investigation. The questionnaire was structured in five topics, with two multiple-choice questions and one dissertation, thus favoring the response time. It was possible to observe with the collection that teachers still do not feel prepared to face the world of teaching fully mediated by technologies, mainly because they have not received an initial training in Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT), being almost unanimous in this statement in the responses obtained. It was concluded that we still need a long way to adapt teaching based on TDIC in the current educational context, in an effective and constructive way in learning.

- ItemA consciência do docente que atua no Instituto Federal Farroupilha sobre currículo integrado e suas bases legais e conceituais(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Donadel, Taigra Biasi; Rodrigues, Ricardo AntonioThis study aims to analyze the perception of professors at Instituto Federal Farroupilha about the integrated curriculum and its legal and conceptual bases. In the theoretical framework throughout this study, curricular guidelines, legislation, pedagogical projects for courses will be presented, in addition to some authors and their studies about integrated curriculum and integral and omnilateral education. These themes are of great importance for educators working in institutions that offer this type of teaching. It is of great importance that teachers have knowledge about the integrated curriculum and omnilateral education and receive adequate training to be successful in applying these principles in their activities. Through qualitative research, a questionnaire with open and closed questions has been applied to the teachers of the Federal Farroupilha Institute. In the analysis of the results, data were obtained that made it possible to investigate the knowledge and appropriation of key concepts on the topic of integral education, integrated curriculum and omnilateral education of the participants, enabling the understanding of the relationship between these aspects and their praxis. By crossing informations from the questions, it was possible identify mistakes between the teachers perceptions and legal and theorical bases about integrated curriculum, as well, it could be observed positive points about the teacher doings, considering their knowledge about the subject. Based on the data obtained, an educational product was proposed, of the continuing education type, with the objective of minimizing distances or misinterpretations between the work of educators and what is in the legal and conceptual bases of the integrated curriculum.

- ItemCyberbullying em contextos educativos: construindo estratégias para uma cultura da alteridade na educação profissional e tecnológica(Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha, 2021) Sasso, Mariela Aurora dos Santos; Brancher, Vantoir Roberto; Auler, Neiva Maria FrizonThis research was carried out within the scope of the Professional Master's Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT), within the research line Educational Practices in Professional and Technological Education (EPT) and aimed to identify the practices used in dealing with cyberbullying occurrences in the school context and propose prevention and coping strategies within the Federal Farroupilha Institute (IFFar). On the methodological assumptions, it is a qualitative esearch, exploratory and descriptive in nature. The population sample was composed of civil servants working in Student Assistance teams and IFFar Integrated High School Coordination Courses. The research was developed in the following stages. Bibliographic research, documental research and semi-structured online interview (due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, which imposed social distance). The process of analyzing the data from the interviews was carried out using Discursive Textual Analysis – ATD from the perspective of Morais and Galiazzi. The speeches corroborate the need for training on the part of the interviewed servers, regarding the theme of cyberbullying in educational contexts. Based on the research results, a training proposal (educational product) was elaborated, with a view to enabling reflection and understanding about the phenomenon of cyberbullying in the educational context.
